ADI Counterfeit Countermeasures Policy is in strict compliance with Section 818 of the National Defense Authorization Act 2012 updated/revised by I I.R. 3979 Section 817 of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2015. This requires the Secretary of Defense to “implement a program to enhance contractor detection and avoidance of counterfeit electronic parts.” ADl’s policy includes a rigorous detection and avoidance of counterfeit electronic parts and suspects counterfeit electronic parts.
